Construction and renovation scope is owner-confirmed. Phasing and live-in working are discussion points at consultation, not promised here. No project outcome is promised, and no photograph should be labelled as a Qasar villa project unless verified with a real name and location confirmed by the owner. A broader general-construction scope must not be promised beyond what was confirmed.
