Response times, visit terms and warranties are NOT promised — do not add 24/7, same-day or warranty claims without owner confirmation. Repairs are kept separate from new-build work, because the intent is different. The six-step process still frames the work: discussion, site visit and measurements where needed, design and material selection, transparent free quotation, production and installation, final check and handover.
